With Love Crafts is a small, privately owned company that is registered with Leeds Chamber of Commerce. We specialise in the sale of Matsuno Beads and a wide range of complimentary accessories. The aim is to provide quality goods and services at reasonable prices. Our aim is to offer the customer a high quality personal service as far as possible. We strive to provide a range of other craft items as they become available and can, where possible, source items by special request of the customer.

Our 'occasional shop' at present operates as a shop by appointment. Basically, a telephone call will determine whether we are ‘at home’ or not.

When we are not away, we are generally open to visitors who can enjoy shopping in a relaxed informal atmosphere and enjoy our hospitality.
In the near future, we plan to have regular bead groups and opening times.

We also offer ‘hands on’ help with kits and beading problems as much as we are able and are happy to provide classes by prior arrangement.

We offer a range of kits, including some classic stitches to get beginners started at nominal prices. We also have a range of exclusive designs, which are originals designed by With Love Crafts or associates and are reproduced only with consent.

We have recently cut back on the amount of shows we attend due to time constraints and staffing issues. However, we still attend several exhibitions at Shepton Mallet, Harrogate, Newcastle, Manchester and Belfast. We may in the future consider new shows in Scotland.

Details of forthcoming exhibitions can be found on our events page along with opening times of our 'shop' which will be updated regularly and state when no shop service is available.

We aspire to good customer satisfaction and we request feedback to help us to maintain a high standard of service. If for any reason you are unhappy with some aspect of our services, we welcome your comments. We will endeavour to correct any mistakes to the best of our ability. Our policy is honesty, sincerity and to treat our customers with respect and friendship.
